How to make the Stimulus work for you.

The federal government recently signed the big stimulus bill. There is a lot of money available for home owners when they purchase energy efficient heating products.

Here are some examples:

95% efficient gas furnace. $1500

Tankless water heaters. $1500

Solar Power. 30% of the entire job.

These tax rebates are unprecidented. Never before have we seen such huge credits. Plus the local utilities have also pitched in so a customer could get up to $1850 back on a gas furnace!

We will be updating this page with useful information about how homeowners can save money on energy.

Whether it is as simple as adding insulation or upgrading old gas furnaces to high efficient Duel Fuel Heat Pumps we will be the source for the latest products and services to help people save money and conserve our precious resources.

Sometimes repairing an old furnace is the quickest and cheapest way to get your heat working again it may not be your best choice long-term. Gas furnaces are over 95% energy efficient now, that is as much as double some old systems. Which means you are only using 40% to 50% as much fuel for the same amount of heat in your home. Add to that the utility rebates and federal tax credits and a new High Efficient Gas Furnace will pay for itself in no time. Plus breakdowns are much less likely to happen.

To sum it up. A furnace repair is not always your best value even though it is less money up front.
