They are fully charged for 15 feet of line set.
The copper tube, enhanced aluminum fin coil, and service valves with sweat connections and easy-to-gauge ports ensure optimal performance. Safety features include high-pressure and low-pressure cutouts and a compressor blanket.
Backed by a 10-year parts warranty, a limited lifetime compressor warranty, and Greenwood’s Signature Series 20 Guarantees, financing options are available. Additionally, we offer a limited 10-year equipment replacement in case of a compressor failure.
Our side discharge heat pumps and air conditioners offer 1.5 to 5 tons of capacity, boasting 17.5 SEER2 and 8.5 HSPF2 efficiency ratings. They feature a variable speed swing compressor, inverter-driven technology, and a quiet digitally commutated fan motor.
Additional components include a compressor blanket, proprietary control algorithmic logic, and a factory-installed filter drier. Fully charged for 15 feet of line set, they also incorporate copper tube and enhanced aluminum fin coils, service valves with sweat connections and easy-to-gauge ports, and high-pressure and low-pressure cutouts as safety features.

Our gas furnaces have a 2-to-5-ton blower with a heating capacity of 40,000-120,000 BTU/Hr. They offer efficiency ratings of 80% AFUE and 96%-98% AFUE. Installation options include upflow, downflow, and horizontal mounts.
Heating capabilities range from single-stage to 2-stage heat with a 2-stage variable speed ECM blower motor. Other qualities include an insulated cabinet, silicon nitride igniter, self-diagnostic control board, and an aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger.

Standard Hot Water Heaters — Gas
Our standard gas hot water heaters offer quick recovery and low-cost operation with low NOx emissions. They provide up to 37 minutes for a single shower and 4.7 back-to-back showers, supporting an 87-gallon tub size.
With a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 0.62, these water heaters are designed for efficiency. They also come with a 6-year warranty.
Standard Hot Water Heater – Electric
Our standard electric hot water heaters feature 5,500 watts of power and incorporate Wi-Fi technology for easy monitoring and control. They offer 74 gallons of hot water with a uniform energy factor of 0.92 and have a Coregard sacrificial anode to prevent corrosion.
These heaters provide up to 28 minutes for a single shower and 3.5 back-to-back showers, supporting a 76-gallon tub. They come with an 8-year warranty.
Tankless Hot Water Heaters
Our tankless hot water heaters are compact and Wi-Fi capable for easy control and monitoring. They provide unlimited hot water and are Energy Star-rated for high energy efficiency.
These heaters only operate when water is needed, saving energy and reducing operating costs by up to half compared to tank systems. They come with a limited warranty of up to 15 years for the heat exchanger and a 5-year parts warranty.
